CANCELLED April 13: Penn State’s First Investigation of Stream Health (FISH)

Unfortunately, tonight’s Nature Discovery Series program “First Investigation of Stream Health” is cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience and will be in contact with those who have already registered for the program. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Healthy streams are more than just clear water. The ideal stream has healthy land and vegetation around it too. Explore Penn State’s First Investigation of Stream Health (FISH) citizen science opportunity. Volunteers observe the plants and wildlife living in and around a stream to measure its changing health over time. This is especially important for seeing the first signs of success after a restoration project or stream side tree planting has been completed. Anyone can be a FISH observer.
