Nature and Arts Festival

The Ned Smith Center Nature and Arts Festival is a great venue to sell your merchandise or promote the mission of your non-profit organization! Last year, 5,400 people attended our annual one-day Festival, which means that your business will get fantastic exposure!

Food Vendor: ASAP
All vendor and exhibitors spaces are 10 ‘x 10’. If you require more space than this, you must reserve multiple spaces. We do have tables and chairs available for rent – cost is $9 per table, $3 per chair. Please indicate if you’d like us to reserve tables for you on your registration form.
For Merchandise Vendors:
If you wish to SELL merchandise or services at the Festival, you are considered a VENDOR. All vendors must submit their PA Tax ID number (or social security number if there is no tax ID number associated with your business) and $50.00 registration fee (per 10’x10′ space).
If your organization would like to be represented at the Festival to raise awareness about your mission, but WILL NOT BE SELLING ANY MERCHANDISE, you are considered an EXHIBITOR. There is no charge for an exhibitor space (unless you are renting tables and/or chairs from us).
We do not charge food vendors a space fee, but we do require 20% of your gross proceeds from the day’s sales.
